Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Green Pepper (Chopped)
- 1 cup Chunky Salsa (Strained)
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Corn Tortillas
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add green pepper to pan and cook until soft. Warm shredded chicken in microwave (if cooled).
- Add shredded chicken to bottom of 8x8pan. Spoon onion and green pepper mix pepper over chicken. Pour salsa over top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake (and cover if desired) for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve with tortillas and sour cream if desired. Enjoy! ❤️
