Ingredients
  

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Chunky Salsa (Strained)
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Corn Tortillas
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add green pepper to pan and cook until soft. Warm shredded chicken in microwave (if cooled).
  • Add shredded chicken to bottom of 8x8pan. Spoon onion and green pepper mix pepper over chicken. Pour salsa over top and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake (and cover if desired) for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve with tortillas and sour cream if desired. Enjoy! ❤️
